Concept brochure, creating a brand identity based on key factors to bring an authentic ethos, with the main objective being location and target audience. The brochure is designed to be one of a series of brochures for the development, divided into town House, low rise apartment and high rise apartment living. This particular brochure is for the ‘Town House’ developments. Its brand identity has been created around the locations previous association to motor racing when Monaco Birmingham Superprix event was held, using the circuit route as inspiration throughout the design.
